Your Tasks:
- Lead of team responsible for development of PV module BOM’s (bill of materials)
- Coordination of several team members (Planning, prioritization, delegation & monitoring of tasks according to KPI’s)
- Assurance of long term reliability of premium PV module products
- Development/improvement of materials in cooperation with external partners/suppliers
- Tight collaboration with research institutes for material characterization and failure analysis
Your Qualification:
- Degree in a natural science with specialization in materials (FH/ETH)
- Experience in a management position in a comparable field desired (≥ 5 years)
- Outstanding analytical skills and structured working methodology
- Technically versed and robust personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding team player
- Used to working in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in German or English, verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 20% of your working time
