Your tasks:
- Development and optimization of lamination processes for PV modules
- Planning, execution, and analysis of process optimization for different materials using statistical DOE methods
- Tight collaboration with material development team
- Support in specification and design of laminators together with line engineering team and machine suppliers
- Support in development of new, high efficient and competitive PV modules (module efficiency, -power, -cost/Wp)
- Support for the lamination process in production sites
Your qualification:
- Degree in a natural science with specialization in process engineering and/or materials (FH/ETH)
- Experience in lamination process desired
- Experience with design of experiment (DOE)
- Outstanding analytical skills and structured working methodology
- Experience in photovoltaics desired
- Technically versed and robust personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding team player
- Used to working in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in German and English, verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 30% of your working time
