Family-friendly shift system
We call it forward rolling, which means working 6 days (2xearly, 2xlate and 2xnight shift) and then 4 days off at a stretch. This also gives you regular weekends to enjoy your hobbies or spend time with family and friends.

Kindergarten

Ten days "paid child sick leave"
Meyer Burger will continue to pay full wages to parents with children 12 and under for a total of 10 days a year if they miss work due to illness of their kids. So you don't have to feel guilty if your child can't go to school or daycare because of a cold or cough.
